Compliance Checks
RCD-Smoke Alarm Testing
Compliance checks are a legal requirement, a standard compliance check ensures you have a minimum of 2 RCD’s protecting all power points and lights, and ensuring all smoke alarms are correctly positioned and they are all in working order in the event of a fault/fire.
Electrical inspection
Including a visual inspection of the entire property, testing of all electrical points, and a thorough electrical report of your property along with an electrical compliance certificate sent to your email.
Power monitoring
If you feel like your house is using too much power or your bill is a bit high, we can come in to ensure that the Western Power meter is providing accurate readings, what power appliances are drawing, when your power is being used, and energy-efficient options to accommodate your power bill issues.
